Just had the best experience. My dryer had been drying very very slowly. I called this morning and before 2:00 Steve was at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem that my dryer was fine….the dryer vent was clogged. He charged reasonable price for cleaning the vents. This company has earned my business for everything going forward.

Great service, they did a great job on repairing my washer and it was fast and easy . Brian was really friendly and answered all my questions very professionally unlike most plumbing service technicians. I called ZAPPLIANCE REPAIR last week about a concern I had with oven I have here at my grandparents’ house. They said they would be there the same day and sure enough they showed up within a couple of hours. They went ahead and checked out the oven and said it needed a couple of new parts, so they gave me a quote and the price sounded reasonable. .They used original spare parts and the oven is running perfectly now! Great customer service!!
